   Since 1998, Classic Design & Trim has worked in Atlanta's most upscale
   residential neighborhoods with some of the finest homebuilders, along
   with many decorators and designers in North Georgia. Our dedication
   to craftsmanship and detail has given us the edge with not only builders,
   but with the homeowners as well.  Traditional elegance, unmatched
   quality and craftsmanship are the foundation of our company.

   Recent Atlanta Projects...

   Bildon Construction, Inc.
   This 14,000 sq ft, luxury home involved elaborate trim work throughout.
   In addition, we completed an elegant walnut study with judges paneling
   and custom cabinets. This home required finish carpenters to install
   beveled lap siding. As there were no inside or outside corner boards,
   it presented the difficulty of compound miters to complete this project.
   In our woodshop, we fabricated all 42 exterior porch brackets, along
   with custom screen doors, including a 6' X 9' arched top double door
   with screened transom.

   Palmer Custom Homes, Inc.
   This spacious 15,000 sq ft home included three continuous levels of beautiful
   wrap around staircase with wrought iron balusters from the terrace level to the
   second floor. We also designed, fabricated and installed the foyer pediments,
   barrel ceiling detail ,and large recessed paneled jambs on the main floor.
   The 12' tall custom cabinets in the study, and cabinets in the home office,
   transformed large rooms in to elegant havens. We designed and completed
   the great room back window unit and mantel, a beautiful maple corner bench
   seat in the kitchen, and outfitted the master closet with aromatic cedar built ins.

   Woolard Construction, Inc.
   This beautiful 9,000 sq ft home included supplying all stair parts and installing
   two sets of striking heart pine stairs.   There are also five mantels throughout
   the home that we fabricated in our wood shop, along with ten large raised
   panel jamb openings. This home also encompassed several smaller projects,
   including a raised panel front window seat, laundry room cabinets, pantry
   cabinets and shelving for numerous closets. In addition, we installed
   columns and detailed railings on the expansive front, rear and side porches.

   Expanding Our Horizons

   Although Atlanta is our port of choice, for the last few years we have been
   called upon to venture beyond our borders and take our expertise to the
   Florida Coast.

   The Plantation - Ponte Vedra Beach
   One of our greatest associations with Atlanta Builders was with Sue Hillin
   of Hillin Homes, Inc. When Sue and her husband decided to retire to
   Florida she made us promise to come down and trim her personal home
   she was planning. Several months later, we did exactly that when we
   were contracted to finish out her home, complete with custom built ins
   and mantels. During that process, other builders and potential
   homeowners watched with curiosity of what new and spectacular addition
   was fabricated next. Before we packed up and headed home to Georgia,
   we were already scheduled to come back to work on other projects.

   Our crews enjoy the change of scenery heading to Florida. However,
   they also know that it will be a hard and steady few weeks. Prior to
   heading to the job, we fabricate as much of the work as possible in our
   woodshop in Woodstock, Georgia. Paneled jambs, arches, pediments
   and cabinet parts are nearly complete when loaded in our trailers to
   head south. These weeks of preparation allow us to arrive on site
   and complete the work in half the time of most trim companies. We
   know that organization and preparation save money for everyone
   involved.

   Here are a few other projects we have completed in the
   Ponte Vedra Beach area.
   House and Home, Inc. – Carey Elam

   Pro Golf Shop --
   Fabricated and installed custom mahogany casing, apron, crown and base,
   including segmented arches and pediments. Designed the layout of the
   mahogany angled paneled ceiling with top beams and the lower perimeter
   light soffit detail.

   New home construction - 6,500 sq ft
   Designed, fabricated and installed a stain grade double mantel. Installed
   an elaborate wrought iron baluster stair case system. Design, layout and
   installation of an angled tray ceiling with angled beam layout over T & G
   ceiling. Completed a two-story paneled study, including design, fabrication
   and installation of all cabinets .Installation of all trim throughout the home.

   New home construction - 5,500 sq ft
    Designed, fabricated and installed a maple study, including paneled
    walls and ceiling, along with custom maple office cabinets. We also
    completed a double mantel and back window wall unit, along with
    the installation of all trim throughout the home.

   New home construction - 6,000 sq ft
    Designed, fabricated and installed 2-story maple library with custom
    cabinets and bookcases. Design, layout and installation of 16 X 16
    paneled angled ceiling in the living room. Designed, fabricated and
installed a stain grade kitchen entertainment center, along with the
installation of all trim throughout the home.

   In addition to The Plantation Development in Ponte Vedra Beach,
    Florida, we have also contracted with Atlanta area residents to
    enhance their second homes in the Water Colors Development
    on the Florida panhandle coast. We have completed two such
    projects and are in the process of scheduling others.

Water Colors - Santa Rosa Beach

   A vacation home -
   Customized several interior doors. Removed and replaced existing
   mantel with a newly designed nautical model.

   Designed, fabricated and installed (2) interior single mantels,
   an outdoor kitchen, (2) outdoor mantels and an interior shower
   wall detail all in pecky cypress.
